Some people have asked us how the name PROUD BOOMER came about. Honestly, we put a lot of thought into naming this product. Not only did we want the name to identify a supplement, we also wanted it to identify a philosophy.

As boomers ourselves, we were aware that our generation looks at the world a bit differently from previous generations. We personally know lots of baby boomers who, like us, refuse to view aging the old fashioned way. Many boomers are proud of who they are, what they have accomplished and what they continue to accomplish. They aren’t looking to be 20 or 30 again. Instead, they’re looking to reinvent themselves as they move into the future. They’re what we’ve decided to call “proud boomers.”

The bottom line is that there are two ways you can look at aging:

1. As something to be detested, a curse, the beginning of the end

2. A new beginning, a new adventure, something to be celebrated and looked   forward to.

Obviously, we here at BOOMER HEALTH ENTERPRISES believe option two is the far better choice and we know that many of you boomers agree with us. That’s why we want to help you stay optimistic and motivated through the coming years. We truly believe that one of the best ways to do this is for us to share with you the success stories of other proud boomers. Reading about how others in our generation are making it can be a powerful motivator.

And so we are asking all of you proud boomers out there to contact us and tell us your story. If you’ve begun a successful new career in midlife, we want to hear from you. If you’ve lost weight and got yourself into great physical shape, we want to hear from you. If you’ve started a brand new business, we want to hear from you. If you’ve climbed Mount Everest or ran the Boston Marathon, we want to hear from you. If you’ve beat a terrible addiction, we want to hear from you. In other words, if you’ve done anything as a boomer for which you feel mighty proud – WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Then we’ll make sure your story gets told to others through our website, through our advertisements and promotions, through our new magazine and any other way we can think of. We know that your story may be just the thing other boomers may need to get up off the couch and get themselves back in motion.
